Working Pattern
Entire architecture of India on Phone is based on four pillars: Associates, Service-Providers, Call Centre and Service-seekers. A service-seeker will make a call to the Call Centre and register his requirements. The Call Centre then contacts the nearest service-provider and the nearest associate to the address of the delivery of the service. Now the service-provider directly can provide service to the customer or through the associate.

We have different levels of Associates on the basis of professional responsibility and credibility, capacity to invest, availability of infrastructure, efficiency and business ability. They are Country Associate, State Associate, District Associate, Town Associate and Local Associate or Authorised Business Centres.
Country Associate: A Country Associate is the head of Company’s business of a country. The Country Associate is at the top of our entire business module and network. The responsibility of a Country Associate is to ensure state level network and its promotion, motivation and monitoring. Authorization for Country Associate is no more available.
State Associate: A State Associate is the head of Company’s business in the entire state. He has to take the responsibility of taking the business sky high. His responsibility is to ensure district level network and its promotion, motivation and monitoring inside the state. Authorization for State Associate is no more available.
District Associate: A District Associate is the head of Company’s business in a district. He appoints Town Associate in every nook and corner of the entire district. He is responsible for promoting, monitoring and motivating the business and taking it to the last man and assisting the functioning of Associate within his jurisdiction.
Town Associate: A Town Associate is the head of the Company’s business in a town on Block level. He has to explore all the blocks of his town and gather all the business possibilities. He is responsible to appoint various authorized service centres of India-on-Phone in various blocks of his town.

Authorised Business Centres: They are the real business executers. ABCs generates business on his own. They are responsible to delivering services straight to the common mass. Service Centres have a huge potential of business at their hubs directly from the market.
ABCs are the strongest link in our chain. ABCs will be our direct representative and our face in the public. They get the best trade and service opportunities. ABCs can be students, Housewives, Marketing persons, Agents, Business entrepreneurs, Professionals, Qualified Individuals, Retired Professionals or anybody who wants to make the best use of spare time and earn a lot by associating with us as ABCs.
Authorised Freelance Associate: Authorised Freelance Associates (AFAs) are the freelance individuals which are associated with India on Phone on a part time basis. Their role is to register all the present and potential Business opportunities at his local level with India on Phone. He is required to collect and register all the data of the people who can be business/service providers as well as Business/Service seeker at his local level. He is also responsible to submit the data collected by him to the Town Associate. AFA’s earning source is the registration fee charged to people as well as the he will be paid a specific fee amount for specific data collection from the company.
Note: ABC in a specific area, if settled, will replace the AFAs from that area. For e.g., say if X and Y are the AFAs in their area, but soon an ABC emerged in their own area, X & Y will be vanished. There is no boundation on AFA to turn ABC. An AFA, could be transformed to ABC with the prior permission from the company by paying the prescribed license fee to the company.
